07 — GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity,
before you begin.

Take your time. Understanding your care is part of getting started.

Read the GLP-1 science
01What is With Sae?

Sae is an online care service offering weight and wellness treatment assessments. Your health history and goals come first. A licensed clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate.

02What is included in the $220 monthly plan?

The compounded tirzepatide plan includes clinician care, medication if prescribed, and home shipping for $220 per month. A quarterly option is also available at $540 for 3 months, a $120 savings compared with paying monthly. These prices apply to the tirzepatide plan only; other treatments are priced separately. The monthly plan renews monthly and can be canceled.

03Does completing the assessment guarantee a prescription?

No. Your answers are reviewed by a licensed clinician. Treatment, medication choice, and dosing depend on that clinician’s evaluation of your health history and individual needs.

04Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Discuss approved alternatives, risks, and whether compounding is appropriate with your clinician.

05What side effects should I discuss with my clinician?

Tirzepatide can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach discomfort. Serious side effects can occur. Discuss your medical history and other medicines with your clinician, and read the full safety information before treatment.

06Does medication replace healthy habits?

No. Medicines don't replace healthy eating or physical activity; they're meant to be used alongside them. Talk with your clinician about how treatment would fit your routine.

07What happens after I start my assessment?

You’ll answer questions about your health, current medications, allergies, and goals. You can review your answers and create or sign in to your account before submission. A clinician then reviews your information.

08Can I use the website in Korean?

Yes. Use the language control in the navigation to switch between English and Korean. The website’s language options do not guarantee that every clinician or consultation is available in Korean.
